How to get interviews 101
Our highest paid candidate makes millions.
Here's what he did that you should do too:
1. Clarify your value proposition:
What is it that you do that's uniquely valuable?
For example:
I can write code in java better than any of my peers
I can sell consumer healthcare better than anyone I've ever met
I am world class at SEO marketing for e-commerce
2. Find companies that need that value proposition:
Go to job boards and find companies that need what you offer.
3. Reach out.
It's that simple.
When the market gets "hard" you might need to re-think your value proposition.
The truth is, you probably have more than one.
You also might need to do a lot more applications or emails.
We do about 10X more for candidates (literally) in this market than we did years ago.
But the principles never change.
