Why do you keep getting rejected from job applications?
There's several reasons.
Here's one you've probably never heard of.
Not every job post is actually active.
Sometimes, companies post jobs then forget to take them down, or have other reasons for leaving them active.
I'm guilty of this too.
Our careers page for the longest time had several roles we had already hired for still open.
It might still be the case.
Here’s two ways to solve against this:
Solution 1: Apply to more jobs.
Solution 2: Use job boards where the price of posting is high.
LinkedIn is fairly expensive.
There's other job boards where that's the case.

My recommendation for senior executives is stay away from job boards. It’s a complete waste of time. I have 100’s of examples where senior roles are posted online by clients while I am tasked with the search as a headhunter and nobody follows up.
Such a simple, yet brilliant, idea: the high price creates a barrier for entry and will most probably reduce the amount of old job posts, along with scams.
And now I'm curious; what's your favorite job board?
