My recommendation for senior executives is stay away from job boards. It’s a complete waste of time. I have 100’s of examples where senior roles are posted online by clients while I am tasked with the search as a headhunter and nobody follows up.

Such a simple, yet brilliant, idea: the high price creates a barrier for entry and will most probably reduce the amount of old job posts, along with scams.

And now I'm curious; what's your favorite job board?

*a bit exaggerated to say favorite in reflection, but we're experimenting with directly pulling from career sites now and getting great results
